Don’t call it mandarin jam! The Fratelli Sicilia mandarin spreadable cream is prepared with the extract of the juice of selected Sicilian mandarins, including the squeezing of the citrus peel to obtain the essential oils and without the use of artificial flavors and colourings. Unlike a classic jam, the mandarin cream is cooked at a low temperature, not reaching 100°, in order not to alter the organoleptic properties of the product and to keep its citrus taste unaltered.
